For finished batik clothing, we combine the beauty of Terengganu’s batik art heritage with a modern and contemporary touch, suitable for the tastes of today’s generation.
Starting from a deep interest in batik which is now increasingly forgotten, the idea to expand this business was born. We took over the family business which previously only operated as a trader in Pasar Payang. Armed with knowledge, work experience, and determination, we strive to further develop the business that the family has built. We also took the opportunity to gain knowledge of batik making directly from experienced batik makers in the industry. Among our proudest achievements is successfully collecting a number of old pattern copper blocks which are now used in our batik production process. FAHANA BATIK continues to maintain traditional batik making techniques while breathing new life into each design.
